How old do I need to be to rent or drive a JetSki?

You are allowed to be 16 to drive a JetSki but must be accompanied by parent/guardian. Renters must be 18 or older and a possess a valid ID.

Do I have to wear a life jacket?

Accepted Answer

Yes, it is mandatory to wear a life jacket. To assure safety, all persons, whether driving/operating or riding on the JetSki, MUST AT ALL TIMES wear a life jacket. Safety First!

How many people can ride on one JetSki?

Accepted Answer

Most jetskis are designed to carry 1-3 people depending on the type of JetSki. However for this rental company, at most, two people can ride one JetSki depending on which JetSki is rented to assure extra safety.

What should I Bring?

You would want to bring your ID, sunscreen to protect you from the sun, water, and comfortable swim wear.

Can I explore anywhere I want with the JetSki?

Accepted Answer

No, you will need to stay within the designated area explained by staff and guide prior to getting on the JetSki as well as staying near the guide while on the water. Respect local regulation and guidelines to ensure a SAFE and FUN experience.

Is there a weight limit for JetSki riders?

Accepted Answer

Yes, jet Skis have specific weight limits that vary between each JetSki. Exceeding those limits can impact performance of watercraft and safety of the riders.

What should I do in case of an emergency?

We will provide safety briefings and instructions for handling emergencies before getting on the JetSki. You will know the location of the kill switch. If you encounter any issues or uncertainties, stay with the JetSki and signal for assistance. A guide will always be on the water with you to assure extra safety.

Do I need any prior experience to rent a JetSki?

Accepted Answer

Well always the more experience the better. However we do offer JetSki lessons for first time riders and inexperienced riders. Also first time or inexperienced riders will be required to stay in a certain location until confidence is built to go further out in the water.

Is there a deposit that I need to pay?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the required deposit amount would be paid once you are finish booking to ensure your booking slot. The remaining balance will be paid upon arrival on the day of your rental.

Deposit will be non refundable if you decide to cancel your appointment within 48hrs of your appointment!

Deposit will be refundable up until 48hrs of your appointment if you decide to cancel your reservation. Also, deposit will be refundable due to any inclement weather that we deem unsafe to participate in any Watersport activities. Or you will be allowed to reschedule your reservation at later date where weather is appropriate for use of watercraft.

Are Customers allowed to ride  with the Tour Guide?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can ride with our tour guide to ensure safety, especially if you aren’t comfortable to operate the JetSki by yourself, but still would like to get the JetSki experience.
